• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
• Location Data: General location based on IP address or zip code

• Background Checks: Criminal history reports from our screening partners (for cleaners)

• Cleaners: Their name, photo, rating, and reviews are visible to customers
• After Booking: Property address and contact information are shared with the assigned cleaner

• Supabase: Database and authentication services
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Twilio: SMS notifications
• SendGrid: Email communications
• Checkr: Background check services (for cleaners)
• Vercel: Hosting and analytics

3.3 For Legal Reasons

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. You'll still receive transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, etc.).

4.4 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.
